Many call us the house that love built.  We are proud of this nickname because we have witnessed the healing power that love brings to families and children who desperately need it. Since 1980, more than 20,000 families have passed through our doors in their time of greatest need. They gather from every county in North Carolina, 43 other states and nine other countries. They come facing serious illnesses during one of the most difficult parts of their lives. The Ronald McDonald House of Durham is honored to be called home for families around the world.
